Are you looking for a church where you will receive a warm welcome as well as encountering the presence of Christ?  If so, we would like to invite you to come and join with us as we worship together on Sunday mornings at 10:00 am.  Through inspiring music, meaningful prayer and the proclamation of God’s Word, we step aside from the cares and worries of this world to experience the spiritual refreshment and guidance that only our Lord and Savior can provide.

About Our Church

Bedford Presbyterian Church possesses a rich history stretching back nearly two hundred years.  Our congregation was established in 1843 and worships in the same building which was erected shortly thereafter.  However, that does not mean that we are a church family that is living in the past.  We are a congregation that is clearly in touch with the present and looking forward to the future.  Our services are a unique blend of both the traditional and the contemporary, drawing the best from both traditions as we honor and serve the Lord.

Presbyterians affirm that God comes to us with grace and love in the person of Jesus Christ so that we might experience eternal and abundant life with him.   As Christ’s disciples, called to minister in his name, we seek to continue his mission of teaching and sharing the truth of his life and ministry through our daily lives and through our life together as a church family.  Empowered by God’s Spirit, we endeavor to become the hands and feet of Christ loving and serving those who live around us both near and far.
